Important Information
	•	Orders may be submitted in 1 of 3 ways:
		1. using our online shopping cart
		2. downloading a pdf order form and faxing it back
		3. or give us a call and we will fax you an order form.
	•	Carroll Printing is not responsible for faxed or emailed orders unless followed up by an email or phone call.
	•	Orders will be acknowledged by fax or email.
	•	Order cancellations are subject to the costs incurred at the time of cancellation.
	•	Call us for special pricing on less than minimum orders.
	•	Any shipping charges are billed at cost to the customer. Items will be shipped via standard UPS unless customer requests other method of shipping.
	•	Allow 2-3 weeks for normal delivery.
	•	Rush service available on some items. Call for details.
